Service Contracts to Suit You

Whatever your pump or application, Busch offer a service contract to match. We have a range of standard agreements or we can tailor a contract to suit your requirements.

Convenient service dates

Once you have chosen your contract and your machine is logged on our database, we will advise you when a service date is approaching. That way, we can organise a convenient time for us to carry out the service.

Training & demonstrations

Our service agreements are all designed to complement your own maintenance system. We can even give you training and demonstrations on specific maintenance jobs.

Minimal cost

We will always look for ways to minimise the cost to you – for example, some pumps can be inspected without disassembly. We will also avoid replacing parts until it is necessary and we will always offer you an explanation for an unforeseen costs.

Only genuine manufacturer’s parts used

Where spare parts, oils or any other provisions are needed, we will always use genuine Busch parts – not only proven to increase the productivity of your pump, but also its lifetime.
