Description
Samos side channel blowers work on the impulse principle, i.e.kinetic
energy is transferred from the impeller to the entrained gas and then is converted into pressure.
The impeller, which is mounted
directly on the shaft of the drive
motor, together with the aluminium
housing forms the side channel, in
which the gas is compressed and
then discharged through the pressure-side silencer.
